1. Purpose

Hạnh Phúc is a self-care tool for gratitude journaling, mood tracking, breathing, meditation and habit building. It is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Not a medical service

Hạnh Phúc is not a medical device and does not replace diagnosis, advice or treatment from a doctor or mental health professional. Breathing and meditation exercises are for general wellbeing only; stop if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number or see our Crisis support page.

3. Your data

The data you create is stored on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for backing it up. We are not liable for data loss caused by clearing browser data, device failure or similar causes. See our Privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website to break the law, not to interfere with its operation, and not to copy or redistribute its content (articles, design, brand) without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The name “Hạnh Phúc”, logo, interface and articles belong to Hạnh Phúc Software. Content you write in the app belongs to you.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
